*Terms & Conditions: 1. Entry is open to Australian residents only, aged 18 years or older. Employees and immediate families of HolidayXP are ineligible to enter. 2. The promotion starts at 9.00am on 14 November 2016 and closes at midnight (AEST) on 9 Dec 2016. 3. To qualify for an entry into the lucky draw to win economy flights round the world for 2, one of HolidayXP’s 9th birthday campaign special offers must be booked and paid for in full. 4. There will be 1 (one) winner of this promotion. The lucky draw will be made by a HolidayXP representative on 15 Dec 2016 at Holiday Xperience and Shop 74, Box Hill Central South, 1 Main St Box Hill VIC Australia and the winner will be notified by email (within 24 hours). In the event that the prize notification email is returned as undeliverable, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be drawn after 3 months from original draw date, from remaining eligible entries. 5. Prize consists of the following elements: Round the world trip economy airfare for 2 people from the closest capital city to the prize winner’s residential address. Subject to availability and up to a maximum value of AUD2,400 total. The decision as to the most appropriate airlines for the prize winners’ travel will lie with HolidayXP. 6. The prize excludes airline taxes, airport/hotel transfers, medical insurance, travel insurance and additional services such as visas, spending money, transport costs other than the RTW flights, hotel costs e.g. mini bar bills etc. 7. Prize must be booked at a HolidayXP store and used between 1 Jan 2017 and 30 Jan 2017, will be subject to availability and will exclude flights during black-out periods, School Holidays and Christmas. Winner must offer a selection of possible dates, trip must be booked a minimum of 3 weeks before departure date. Any changes once ticketed, are the responsibility of the prize winner. 8. HolidayXP reserves the right to request identification of the winner before issuing the prize. 9. The prize is non-transferable or exchangeable and cannot be resold, redeemed for cash or any form of compensation. In the event, for any reason, of the prize winners not taking part of or any element of the prize within the time period stipulated, then the prize will be forfeited and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize or in full. 10. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure that they are capable of accepting the prize including, without limitation, ensuring that they have a valid passport and any required visas, medical insurances and any travel insurances or documents necessary in order to use the Prize. 11. The winner must agree to participate in reasonable, unpaid publicity such as winner announcement on HolidayXP social media channels. 12. HolidayXP does not accept liability for any losses of claims whatsoever arising out of participation of the promotion or accepting the prize. 13. HolidayXP reserves the right to change the prize for another prize of equal or higher value should circumstances make this unavoidable or to withdraw this promotion at its own discretion, with or without notice.
